Hikvision – Watermark
Using VSPlayer v7.1.2, it is possible to see digital watermark that confirms authenticity and integrity of signal holder and shows owner’s identity. Digital watermark is also incused in the frame of recorded video and it is possible to see it via VSPlayer.
Play a recording in VSPlayer -> Right-click on recording ->Image Control -> Watermark
At the bottom left corner you will see watermark information that contains following:
| – MAC | – MAC address of device (DVR/NVR/IPC) |
| – DeviceSN | – Serial number of device |
| – Chan | – Channel (input at DVR/NVR) |
| – Gtime | – Time |
| – DeviceInfo | |
| – DeviceType |
If there is a change in time, serial number or mac address inside watermark during reproduction, this implies that some operation are being undertaken with recording.
